CONCEPT: Off The Menu hosted two sold-out food festivals for 2019. Wing Fest was held in the spring Celebrating National Chicken Wing Day at Mel's Diner and Tender Fest was the more upscale version event held at the Wallis Performing Arts Center in the fall. Showcasing some of the worlds most innovative chefs, both Wing Fest + Tender Fest included tasting contests, dessert bars, unique sponsorship activations and opportunities to dance with a chicken.
Worked with Moon/Shine Experiential to coordinate all vendors and aesthetics of event.
